Home Chef

I am still receiving my
Home Chef Meals and I continue to love them.
The excitement starts when my box arrives,
the contents are organized and easy to unpack, each meal is bundled together in a ziplock sack.
The meats are kept separate in the box, and all the meats are really delicious.
This plan is not about having dinner "done",
it is about receiving fresh ingredients to prepare a wonderful, tasty meal.
The recipes are delicious,
easy to prepare and the recipe cards have step by step, easy to follow directions.

These meals inspire me to cook and make me feel happy in the kitchen...
perhaps because the meals and recipes are new to me.

Chicken with Peppercorn Sauce and Panko-Crusted Broccoli

Parisian Bistro Steak with Dauphinoise Potatoes and Green Beans

Roasted Skin-On Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts

Steak Moutarde with Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

Creamy Tomato Skillet Lasagna with Zucchini and Parmesan

Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Arugula and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Texas-Style Steak on Toast with Smashed Red Potatoes and Red Onion Gravy

One-Pot Basil Chicken Pasta with Homemade Tomato Sauce

Fig and Goat Cheese Flatbread with Walnuts and Caramelized Onions

Creamy Piccata Chicken with Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Rice

Pesto Chicken Pizza

Sun Dried Tomato Pesto Spaghetti with Tomato Bruschetta and Garlic Bread

I really love this plan.

My mouth is watering. The food looks so good, and it's really great when someone does all the stuff beforehand and you just get to cook it up in no time. A wonderful service.

I was just speaking with someone at my train station, this morning, who has a similar service and was raving about it. She enjoys cooking with her young daughter because the directions are so clear. These meals look delicious and much more creative than what I normally cook. I need to put it on my to-dos to check this out!

it all looks delicious! I never thought about panko'ing broccoli, but for sure I will try it. Maybe Parmesan it too, sometime!

Have you had the same thing twice? The recipes seem just about endless and they all look really good!

Everything looks delicious. Especially because we are in the 'getting ready to migrate' mode and trying not to buy new groceries and instead get rid of everything we already have in the freezer and cupboards.... makes for some interesting combinations that are definitely not as beautiful as your meals.... but it's worth it. I think. ;>)

Debbie - I can see why you adore Home Chef. Such a variety of meals, and all of them making me salivate! Good thing I just ate dinner myself. I love anything with brussel sprouts, and the flatbreads/pizzas also catch my eye. Happy cooking to you!
