Saturday Critters ~ 208 ~

Lake of the Lilies - pictures from a visit way back in October.

Everyone was home...

It was so cloudy,
but the sun came out for a brief moment,
and I was able to capture the swan, drenched in sunlight.

A pack of Ruddy Ducks and two Coots.

2 American Coots

Two juvie swans, cuddling!!

Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. I appreciate your visit and comment too. It just started to snow here, lightly. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend.

  5. I called my friend an "Old Coot" last week and when she frowned, I said, "No, that's a compliment. It means your Ducky."
I love Swans, but get too close and they can be mean.

  6. Great images Debbie. I find coots difficult to photograph. Yours are very sweet.
