Thanksgiving was awesome, we all had such a wonderful time.
Spent at my niece Deanna's house,
she and her husband Anthony have a wonderful home to spend any holiday in.
I say that because they are so kind and generous
and their home is the kind of home you feel very relaxed in.
Kids running around, one on roller skates, anything goes and nothing is ever a problem.
We arrived at 2 pm and spent several hours talking, laughing, telling stories and eating appetizers.
Anthony takes care of the bird, the turkey is fried, outside, away from the house.
I think that took about an hour.
The turkey done was really beautiful,
very shiny and I must admit to eating a little piece of the skin and it was delicious.
The turkey meat was also very good, moist and tender.
Addie and Lorelei with their new great cousin, Adrian.
Not everyone is in this picture,
we had a nice big group and the food was delicious...
- the company was better -
We played a game after dinner, "left right center"
I have never played this game before and it was so fun!!
Fall Bucket List
we did pretty well...
I see a lot of "x"s on there!

Hello, Debbie

You have check off a good part of your Fall bucket list, well done!
Take care, have a great day!
I was just reading an article about the dangers of deep frying your turkey and how you must do it outside your house. Looks like all precautions were definitely taken. I've never had a turkey prepared this way and I'm so curious now. How wonderful that you had such a beautiful Thanksgiving.
always wonderful when you can feel very relaxed at someone else's home, and spend it will a big group! I haven't heard of that game before, will have to google it :)
