Our Robin Red Breasts came back early this year!!
They vacation during the winter and return in Spring.
I took this picture on February 18th, there were hundreds in the trees in my backyard,
and hopping about in the yard!!
That was the first day I saw them and their return seemed a bit early,
now they have settled in and are starting to build their nests.
This robin has a little bit of grass in it's beak.
Now they are here to stay and are a common sight among my other birds.

Really cute robins! Its a busy time for them!
Enjoy your weekend!
The return of familiar old feeling.
Nice colourful photos Debbie. I see the robins here but it still cold. -4 °C, 25 °F right now. In fact yesterday I saw a robin eating a wormsicle.
I've always liked robins but have never seen so many in a tree like that!
When I see them it's always just one (or two) as they may come near when in the garden or out walking.
Have a lovely weekend
All the best Jan

Hello Debbie, your Robins shots are adorable. I have never found a robin's nest in my yard. I wish they were here. We did have some snow this morning, I hope it warms up soon. Great post and photos. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Have a happy weekend!

Your robins are stunning, very different to the robin we have here in the UK. Have a wonderful weekend :)
It's good to see spring.
I guess they don't like our humidity :(
They are pretty and cute. Your backyard will be filled with activities! Have a wonderful weekend!
This is the first year, I didn't see a single robin. I have wondered about it too.
I think you took such pretty photos of them.
So cute! :)
xoxo
Though they are small they look very smart and beautiful...
you managed to get great shots of the Robin Debbie
What good photos! We have flocks of them on the golf course in February here in Florida. They are always welcome and a sign of Spring! Hugs, Diane
One of my favorites and they are the state bird in Michigan where I grew up! Enjoy their return and I hope your weekend is beautiful and a lot warmer than ours!
Love these beautiful little robins! We have robins, but ours stay on the ground all the time. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen them in the trees. That is an amazing shot!
i love to hear them here as they pass thru - reminds me of 'home' in wisconsin.
They are always a welcome sight.
How do you rate to get so many robins? Do they migrate up the coast or something?
Super photos of your Robins Debbie. I have only seen a couple here and there, yet :)
Such sweet robins, Debbie. Glorious photos!
That tree is full of them and I just love the sun highlighting the tree, great picture, they are all terrific!!
The robins were awfully early here this year as well. I saw my first on Groundhog Day. Lovely images.
