The hubs and I pass Forge Pond almost every day, but we never stop.
Right in our hometown, tucked back off the highway,

The other day we were driving past the pond and I saw some white swans
right by the waters edge.
It was once again, a stop the car, spin it around moment, so I could go back for pictures.

They are so stately and elegant! Those little urban wildlife areas are kind of magical treasures aren't they? Happy to know I'm not the only one who laughs at and takes pictures of 'bottoms up' birds.
