"Welcome The World - Special World Cup Edition"
of the color and light festival in digital art and projection mapping.
Right on the boardwalk of the historic seaside town of Asbury Park, NJ.
The facade of this iconic boardwalk architecture
was transformed into a tapestry of light, sound, and creativity.
This was amazing.
It was really wonderful!
Would I go again...that is a big fat "no".
It was so crowded and it took us a least 30 minutes to find a parking space.
Spaces opened up as we circled around, but luck was not on our side.
It is disappointing when you live here, less than 30 minutes away, and can't enjoy these special festivals.
There were no provisions made for handicapped people, I used my chair and found people to be very rude.
I never say that...but it is true.
Of course the hubs helped me, and one woman who really tried to clear the way
and put on the flashlight on her phone to light the boardwalk.
Sad there were not better provisions for those who need it.
Thank you Asbury Park, the show was creative, colorful and vibrant...
and the background music was very well done.
There are a lot more picture...I will share them in a few days.

Thanks for this light show, Debbie, and it is unfortunate to read about the inconsiderateness of people as well as trying to find parking.
I have fond memories of Asbury Park as a kid.It was one of the seashores we frequented . I don't like going places with crowds anymore. People can be rude.
What a show. The older I get home he less I am willing to deal with crowds.

Hello,
The light show does look pretty and colorful at night.
I am sorry people were rude, I tend to avoid crowded places.
Take care, enjoy your day and the new week ahead.
Sure was colorful.
It did look colourful.
Such a shame about the rudeness of people.
As others have commented, I too don't enjoy crowded places any more.
All the best Jan
That looks like it was amazing. I don't like crowds though and I have little patience for rude people anymore.
