The Bucket List & More

I have been really busy with this and that and all the things.
I am getting ready for my girls trip this coming weekend and I am really excited about that.
Each October, 15 or so fiber friends rent a house we stay in and attend

Other than getting a jump on packing and organizing my things,
I did a little decorating around the house, shopping and cooking for both myself
and others.

When we were out and about one day,
I saw this tree and shells decorated for fall.

I finished the Fall Bucket List...
I don't set out to accomplish everything, listed are just some ideas for when we have free time.

My tomato plants did not do well this year...
this is the last of the tomatoe's, all picked when they were green and placed in a paper bag to ripen.
These tomatoes made some delicious tomato sandwiches on french bread, extra mayo please.
My basil did very well, I could not use all that it produced and only dried some of it.

The hubs bought me these pretty little lights to put on top of the television stand.
To light up my knit pumpkins and leaves.

The front porch looks great, a friend bought me most of these mums...
many thanks Karen, I can't wait to see you in Rhinebeck.

We have been having some amazing sunsets...

I really love this time of day, when my friends send me a text that says "sunset",
and I know to go outside with my camera!

We have gotten a few things checked off
on the Bucket List...I really love fall!

Your front porch looks incredible! I think next year you should include "Jump in a pile of leaves" to your fall bucket list, everyone needs to do that once in a while to release their inner child. Cannot wait to see you Winter Bucket List!

I hope you have the best time ever with the girls. I love that Autumn tree, I may have to do that one of these years :)
Our peppers didn't do great but did better than last year so I can't complain. We have so many cherry tomatoes out there it is crazy.
How sweet of hubby to get you some lights to show off your pretties. Your front porch looks great, I only have a couple things done so far, need to get more put out for sure before Autumn is over.

Thank you for the heads up on your Fall Bucket List! I am here this afternoon catching up on all the posts I've missed! I don't understand how my life slowed down and yet I have so little time to keep up with my Blog friends. Loved ALL your fall posts and I ALWAYS notice your sandals! Love you, Debbie!
