Thanksgiving was awesome, we all had such a wonderful time.
Spent at my niece Deanna's house,
she and her husband Anthony have a wonderful home to spend any holiday in.
I say that because they are so kind and generous
and their home is the kind of home you feel very relaxed in.
Kids running around, one on roller skates, anything goes and nothing is ever a problem.
We arrived at 2 pm and spent several hours talking, laughing, telling stories and eating appetizers.
Anthony takes care of the bird, the turkey is fried, outside, away from the house.
I think that took about an hour.
The turkey done was really beautiful,
very shiny and I must admit to eating a little piece of the skin and it was delicious.
The turkey meat was also very good, moist and tender.
Addie and Lorelei with their new great cousin, Adrian.
Not everyone is in this picture,we had a nice big group and the food was delicious...
- the company was better -
We played a game after dinner, "left right center"
I have never played this game before and it was so fun!!
And if anyone is wondering about that Fall Bucket List
we did pretty well...
I see a lot of "x"s on there!
