We hung the flag out just in time...look closely or you may miss it, I finally got my snow!
The weather people predicted 3 - 5 inches,
area schools were closed and moms emptied the shelves in the food stores.
We did not get any more than you see here.
South Jersey got a lot, 6 plus inches, but here, the snow was a no show.
The day ended like this...I have not edited, tweaked or enhanced these pictures in any way,
the sky was ablaze!

You went from snow to fire! Linda in Kansas
You may not have gotten a lot of snow but you sure were treated to a gorgeous sunset.
The snow is pretty!!--- but oh my gosh that SUNSET IS AMAZING!!! WOW what a sunset! You asked for ideas on new things to try making--- how about macrame? I think you would be good at that
Hello,
Your dusting was more than we got, which was nothing. Love the sky images, stunning color.
Take care, have a great day!
Your photography skills are amazing!! You must have a really great camera, too!!
You said it perfectly, your sky was ablaze! Pretty snowfall photos and I'm happy you got your snow and it wasn't a blizzard to begin with. Take care enjoy your snow and day!
That's a nice dusting of snow!
A big WOW to the wonderful colour of the sky, simply amazing.
Enjoy the remainder of Tuesday and have a Happy Wednesday.
All the best Jan
Hi Debbie, Beautiful photography! The picture of the cute frog in the snow made me smile, and the beautiful sky shots are breathtaking.
YES...those are the perfect words to describe what happened!!
Spectacular sky!
Even that dusting of snow makes things look great! The sunset is fantastic! We are allegedly supposed to get our first serious snow tomorrow. And by serious I mean a couple of inches. LOL!
Oh I bet you were bummed, I know you have been waiting for the snow to come. Same situation here, they are saying that just above us they will get at least a couple inches but we will be lucky if we get a dusting. I don't mind but Greg wants to get some pictures. Love the ending to your day, that is always an awesome sight to see isn't it!!
Wowzers! What a show the sky put on.
Why your sky photos are spectacular. They do look on fire. Your weather seems a lot like ours. We are told to expect snow and then we don't get it. We finally have had two fairly good storms. We need the water badly; we are in a drought.
I think it is interesting to note that the weathermen with all their fancy equipment can't predict the weather better.
Blessings and hugs!
