hi eileen, it is a great spot, run by wonderful people, but it is very small. a guess, maybe 20 x 30, no more than 600 square feet, but there are a lot of butterflies, of a good variety!!!
I love your photos of the butterflies. There's a butterfly place in a little zoo 45 miles from us. I have gone twice with my daughter Karen. I love seeing them. You are not to touch them but they can land on you. LOL I have seen more Monarchs this year, that is so promising. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
Lovely! I have so many different species of butterflies fluttering around my place this year. My gardens are an overgrown disaster to us humans but apparently luscious to our winged friends.
That is beautiful, I just love all the different patterns and colors they have, so nice to have that so close to home, we have to drive through all that rough traffic in St. Louis to get to our closest one. You do such a fabulous job capturing them!!
Oh your Butterfly photos are spectacular and I love them so much for more than one reason, of course. Thanks you for these; they are stunning. Blessings and hugs for you!
that looks like such a fun and interesting place to visit, would love to go! You got some real pretty pictures. In the Fall here, we start seeing pretty butterflies in big groups--I love watching them dart and swoop and since we had no hummingbirds show up at our feeders this year, I am at least HOPING FOR BUTTERFLIES!! ha ha LOL Happy weekend, my friend!
Oh my you caught some fun shots. We went to one of these at the Minnesota Zoo and they were just the most I've ever seen there. in a long time. I didn't quite capture as many cool shots as you but we had a great time!
A beautiful variety - which has me thinking about your caterpillars. I'm a bit behind and as I write this am hoping that as I go backwards through my feed, that I find they are still doing well.

You certainly found the prettiest butterflies Debbie. They are like flowers that fly.
