Love those eagles! Great song to go with the photos.

Great shots...as neat as it is to see these big birds, there's something unsettling to me about caged birds. Such a different feel than your birds in their bird bath or eating your peanuts, right?! Great choice for the song!

So many great shots!!! Those desserts do look wonderful!!! I would have preferred maple, rather than caramel syrup, but what the hey...
I had a red velvet tea latte on Friday - that was seriously addictive, even if it did cost $5!!!

Beautiful eagles. They are so majestic. We have a couple of pair on the lake, and I love watching them fish and fly around.

You can almost feel their desire to be free.

It's always sad about birds in cages but I think for those Eagles it's most likely because they were injured in the wild. They are certainly gorgeous birds.

I don't like birds in cages! Especially these wonderful big and majestic eagles! Gosh- they would love to break free!

I am sure they do. Good shots with song title.

Yeah - I'm not the only one that went with caged animals on this one. (I've been hit and miss with getting on the internet - so maybe this isn't such a unique approach - I just haven't gotten to anyone elses). Maybe not in these words, but I suspect we are both right in that the animals just want to break free.

Have a good weekend.

Great shots of the eagles. I would rather look up at the clear blue sky and see them soaring free. Such magnificent birds. Mickie :)

the birds look simply majestic!

Years ago, a friend was adamant about not having zoos. That it was cruel to the animals to have their freedom taken away. I didn't get it at the time. But as I've gotten older, I really understand and it breaks my heart that these beautiful creatures are caged. If for health reasons, I understand or if it's for protection I understand. Otherwise, the theme for the post says it all! Thanks for sharing!

I think you are reading those birds minds my friend! I have only ever seen eagles in captivity, I think it would be awe inspiring to actually be able to see one flying free and majestically. Thanks for joining in on Song-ography.
