are they following me??
I think we all know the answer to that question...
not a chance!!
I can spend the better part of an afternoon taking pictures of these beautiful creatures!!
I know where they live,
I know when and where they cross the road.
An action shot, seeing them, even for an instant, brings me so much joy!!
We saw a lot of deer on October 30, 2011...but no bucks!!
I spotted these two on October 28th, on the way home from my infusion!!

Lots of deer in our neighborhood and it's true, you learn where they are and when, when they cross the road, where they bed down for the night. They are a nuisance, but so beautiful.
Oh, aren't they splendid! There is something magical about seeing wild animals. Fantastic captures!
I am a little dear shy these days. I think they are so beautiful, and I am heart broken I injured a buck. They have declared my car totaled however, so please be careful out there. I'm off to school! Hugs, Bonnie
They are so very beautiful!
I wish OUR deer would learn to use a crosswalk (smile)! We've had 2 hit on our road so far this year. Sigh.
they're so beautiful. i'm sure the bucks are after them now if the rut has begun.
Beautiful and graceful creatures! You are lucky to have them cross your path so frequently. I know they are around here but I seldom see them.
Thanks for dropping by while I was gone. Just catching up with you ... sorry about losing your trees. Always hate that when they have to be cut down! And I can never get enough of those sweet "Bambi" pics!
Great shots! I always love seeing deer and don't see them that often here.
I must now refer to you as The Deer Whisperer. Beautiful.
There is something very regal and elegant about deers isn't there. Great shots - I really like the first one with the white grass type plant in the background. :))
Great shots!
They're so beautiful!
Yes, they are beautiful creatures. Very nice photos.
Debbie, oh what lovely creatures they are! You captured them beautifully. We too see many does in our area but few bucks, as well. All of your images are lovely! Stopping by your blog is always a pleasure.
I know what you mean about spending the better part of an afternoon watching them....me too...but you already knew that;)
It looks like you were able to get pretty close. They get rather frisky this time of the year!
Thanks so much for the wonderful shout out Debbie!
Very good shots. You really caught them so nice and not blurs like mine would be. :)
What great pictures!! They are beautiful.
