I made another book from the cards I have received from the hubs.
and it was perfect for this project!
This is my favorite magazine and I really enjoy receiving it in print.
you are missing out on a lot.
Opening a Cracker requires two people.
Each person pulls on one end of it, and it makes a popping sound when it opens.
Inside, a paper hat, several little trinkets and a joke.
They are super silly little things but always super fun little conversation pieces!
I am at home most days and find less and less to write about.
Our Covid-19 numbers are ticking upward in New Jersey, averaging around 4,000 per day.
I ordered another craft project at Amazon.com because I really need one more hobby in my life.
More on that another day...
Stay safe and be well, I hope you are not getting too bored with my blog content!

Hello,
I love your pretty sunrise, gorgeous view! I have never heard of these Crackers, I though you were talking about crackers you eat. Enjoy the craft projects, your book of cards looks pretty. Take care, enjoy your weekend!
Those are like the Christmas crackers of my English childhood. The name comes from the cracking noise as you pull them. They're the things you use in a cap pistol, just make a little bang, harmless and beloved of kids. So nice to see them again. Where did you get them?
I would never ever be bored with your pretty and interesting blog Debbie!!! Love the pretty sunrise pictures........GOOD MORNING MY FRIEND! The cracker things look FUN!! never seen anything like that here in the South.
PS---your deck is coming along nicely!! Bet you are so ready to enjoy it!!
i have had these on every holiday table since my kids were little. i ordered them on amazon, they came a few days later!!
It is difficult to be original these days ,Debbie. You are doing well!
We always use crackers at Christmas with the grandchildren. The crackers provide lots of fun and the kids look forward to them.
Dear Debbie!
A beautiful sunrise. Today was the sunset for me.
Unfortunately, it was frost. Now, in the evening (18.00) it is - 8 ° C
Very interesting crackers for Thanksgiving.
I wish you good health and a happy weekend.

I dearly love the idea of your Card books! How clever! I may start doing this.
You do take the most beautiful photos, Debbie. 4,000 a day? Oh MY GOSH! And here we are in Hawaii being super, super careful with about 100 a day. Then again we are a lot smaller state.
The card books are such a great idea.
When you grow up and become like me HAH! you will so enjoy sitting in your chair, taking each book onto your lap and looking through them and the memories they bring.
No I am not bored, it is neat to see the crafty things you are up to, and to share your beautiful sunrises. the crackers reminded me of when we were stationed over in England, that was our first introduction to them. I hope you stay healthy too, that is the most important thing... we are really restricting what we do now also, it's the best thing to do right now.
A gorgeous sunrise Debbie. Yes, everyone has been kept in more than we would like but it is good you keep yourself very busy with all these different project. I wonder what the next one will be. Stay safe and have a wonderful weekend.
That sunrise is amazing ...
We always have crackers at Christmas, it's great fun pulling them :)
All the best Jan
I could never be bored with your posts. I love them all. I like how you share your everyday moments and adventures.
You have inspired me to do a bound card collection from my hubby; it's a perfect Idea. I enjoy Better Homes and Garden too. I don't get it monthly but pick one up now and then.
The Holiday Crackers looks so good; it's a fun idea.
We have about the same count on Covid here in Utah too. It's getting bad and I get worried. We are being more cautious than ever.
Sending loving thoughts and hugs!
