Good Fences ~ Edition 46 ~

Please...

My "fancy" gate...leading to the backyard.

Where in some spots, pretty shrubs act like fences...

 and in other spots,
ugly fences are the fences.

I love the natural look of "fences" made from shrubs...

Lots of privacy, lots of pretty!!

Sharing the natural fences from my backyard, with my good friend
for Good Fences
Stop by and consider joining in the fun, any fence or gate will do!

A little "creativity" on my part this week,
thinking outside the box
you could say!!

First of all - LOVE the snowman stocking!
I'd prefer natural fencing especially the tall trees and bushes but sometimes the ole chain link is the best remedy.

I like bushes that are fences too. Very nice today Debbie.

I like shrubby fences too- I'm not a big fan of chain link because it reminds me of when we lived in the city and had neighbors! LOL Your snowman is cute. Have a great day.

I love natural fences too as long as my dogs cannot sneak through. The ugly "farm" fencing we have around for them, we try to cover with various plantings...:)JP

I, too, prefer hedges and shrubs as fencing. Unfortunately, our neighbors don't agree.

The natural fence has it hands down, I think! Such lovely trees/bushes and so pretty covered in snow! That snowman is a lot of fun, too!

I like the natural fences, too. Yours are lovely. And yes, please, let it snow! We haven't gotten any here. We're in the spot that doesn't get any, apparently.

Have I told you I love trees? Bare trees against a blue sky, cloudy sky, gray sky, doesn't matter. Rain dipped, sun dipped, snow covered. I love trees.

Good "out of the box" thinking. Your shrub fence does look pretty all decked out in snowy goodness.

I think the reader of that sign thought it was on my fence! We have so much snow up here it's crazy! I love the adventure of it all - and the way it changes the landscape. More on the way for Sunday and Monday - another foot I think!

You asked for snow and you were given. There you go a very beautiful view, lovely trees blanketed with white.

You should mosey on up to Massachusetts and take a couple feet of our snow back with you. LOL. Wonderful photos!!

It is funny how we have those ugly fences here and there, but they do their job well! You do have more snow than that first photo right? It's hard to keep up with who has it and where they're wishing it would come!

I do love your bushes and shrubs that make such a good fence. I like the gate picture with the snowman.
You do find some unique pictures to take and always great narratives.
Blessings wished for you!

Love the bush fences also, we have a lot of azaleas along the fence.
The problem? They only bloom for about a month. But the bushes
remain. :)

Love your fences and photos. You have such a good eye. xoxo+

I love your creative thinking ... And the natural fences are great. Don't ranchers call them fence rows when they plant trees as borders? Seems like I've heard that. Any way, your yard is great.
