Looks yummy! Our son brought us 2 dz eggs from his hens recently. Love that kind of gift!!
These look wonderful and easy to make!
Those are cool! I don't like runny yokes either but I suppose you could take care of that by breaking the yoke before you put them in the oven.

They look yummy! I grew up with farm fresh eggs (we had chickens on the farm), but I don't remember how the fresh ones taste. It's been a long time.
