Farm Fresh...

Happy Sunday everyone,
I hope you have something fun planned for today!!
My neighbor and friend Mark, brought me these...

farm fresh eggs!!
 
I had soooo much fun turning them in to this...
 
Bacon, Egg and Toast Cups
I found these on pinterest,
have I mentioned lately how much I love pinterest??
These were so easy to make and really delicious!!
 
I took step by step pictures for those that might be interested
in making these,
but it would be easier to just view the video and recipe here.

Those are cool! I don't like runny yokes either but I suppose you could take care of that by breaking the yoke before you put them in the oven.

They look yummy! I grew up with farm fresh eggs (we had chickens on the farm), but I don't remember how the fresh ones taste. It's been a long time.
