A Table for Two

Yesterday, was another gorgeous day here at the Jersey Shore.
The sun was bright, the sky was blue, the temperatures,
right around 70 degrees.

The hubs and I decided it was a perfect day for a picnic.

A picnic lunch and a walk in the woods.
Lot's of sun and fun at one of our many favorite places,
The Manasquan Reservoir.

We did spot an Osprey in flight during our walk.

When we got home, we took a nap.
The hubs looked at me and said "life is good, we sure are lucky".

Later in the evening we went for "Ice" at Rita's,
they had my favorite flavor, Juicy Pear.
Life is grand!!

You brought back memories of NJ for me, Debbie, as we also used to enjoy picnicking and going for walks in state parks. Sadly, there are none closely in our current VA location, but hopefully in the future. We do have ospreys around though.

I am jealous of you being able to picnic outside. We are still freezing cold with winds making it miserable.
