In my heart I am a farmer!
So today, in honor of Rural Thursday,
I got down & dirty on the farm!
invited me to spend time with her, at her parents Alpaca Farm,
Arrow Acres Farm
Arrow Acres Farm
I was only a tad excited,
it's about 95 degrees here in the shade,
I thought about cancelling but I just couldn't do it.
Are you ready for a picture overload??
Here's what's happening in my neck of the woods...
How cute is that face??
He's a male, the boys and girls don't "play" together.

A little tooth action.

Water play!!
Andee and her mom introduced me to all the Alpaca's.
They made sure I knew every one's name.
I can only remember Spicy and Reno (sigh), it was hot!

This is Geneva.
She is ready to give birth, any second.
I was hoping she would do it while I was there, no luck.
This was my favorite image of the day.
And this one too...Andee and I.
Her personality is about as sweet as that pink shirt she's wearing.
Thanks Andee for your friendship, I had a blast.

It looks like the alpacas have recently been sheared. I would think that would help them stay cooler?
Glad to her you had a good time. I'd heard alpaca's had a lot of personality. You just showed us♫♪
You need alpacas in you life. For Real.
HI Debbie, I enjoyed this alpaca farm visit. They have to be one of the cutest farm animals I have ever seen. I am surprised you did not buy a farm, you could have your own alpacas. Wonderful photos. Have a great day and stay cool.
I can feel the excitement in this post. You look like one happy farmer.
That is very hot, as T said a very hot day for wearing a blanket. Very cute animals especially the last one, looking like a chipmunk preparing for the winter.

How cool is that! I have never seen an Alpaca in real. There is none in Trinidad. They look like stuffed toys. :) The babies are too cute.
I am your newest GFC follower. Awesome blog.
