Being Right!!

I was "right" on Saturday, September 10, 2011!! The hubs and I were out and about doing absolutely nothing when a argument discussion ensued. The argument discussion was over something insignificant, but I knew for sure, without a doubt, that I was right. I made the dear husband spin the car around to get a closer look at what I knew I was right about. He did so because he was sure he was right. But he was wrong and he had to admit it!! It was not easy for him to say he was wrong, I'm pretty sure he regretted turning the car around, only to find out he was wrong. It was a wonderful moment for me. Chuck said I was right once before in 1982!! I just smiled, because today, I was right and I won!!

Isn't he adorable??
Anyone who has been married for 33 years knows just how good that feels!!

  2. Don't you just love being "right". Even better than when my husband says it to me is when my daughter says, "oh Mom, you were right"! I live for those words. Cute post. Keep on being "right". Mickie :)

  7. I always say ...
'I'm never wrong. Once I was wrong but I knew I was wrong so therefore I was RIGHT!'

Hahaha, what a wonderful photo of you guys - I love seeing couples together for a long time, and still taking "together" pictures.

  8. So funny! I still say he is such a sport...turning the car around to check out the source of the "discussion"!! I loved it when my kids occasionally told my hubs that I was right! My guy is way to smart for his own good, so it's not often that one of us out smarts him...but it can happen! I LVOE your tunic? coat? whatever you're wearing here - it'a adorable...and I agree, great pic of the two of you!
