Longwood Gardens Revisited - The Orchids -

Yesterday I wrote about a few fun things, but I did not mention our adventures and fun road trips.
You may remember our visit to Longwood Gardens on the 13th of April.
I wrote about our spring visit here.

This is the view when you walk into the conservatory, I did not feature it in my original post.

Here are the pictures of the Orchids in the Orchid Room.
I take so many pictures when we visit, way too many to share in one post.

There were a few other really pretty and unusual blooms that I did not share in that first post.

Crown Imperial

Rhododendron Bonsai

Cape Primrose

We had dinner at the "1906 Restaurant" and it was delicious...and so pretty too!

Bread with Whipped Honey Butter

Caesar Salad

Heritage Chicken With Vegetables, Wildflower Honey and Garden Accoutrements

Steak with Pepper Crust, served with Warm Potato Salad

Cherry Blossom Cheesecake...Ruby Chocolate, Almond, Matcha Gelato

This day was a great as it looks to be!

I don't know what's more impressive -- the orchids or your dinner presentation. I'm leaning toward the dinner. It takes an artist to do that!

I am sooooo jealous!! The flowers are beautiful but I could have 'lost' myself in that food!
