How Bout Those Chiefs?

My  KC Chiefs lost again on Sunday, what a heartbreak.
They played better, looked better and I know they are waiting to get their first win this Sunday...
because I will be there!
They are playing the Giants, our areas local team, so I will only have to travel one hour to see them.
I have my stadium bag, my gear, and binoculars...
our seats are pretty close but those binoculars will give me a great, up close, look at Patrick.
We have our tickets and boy was that a job.
Buying the tickets, no problem...getting them, well that is a "whole nother" animal.
There are no paper tickets, no, no and you can't get your tickets by pulling them up on your phone
and taking a screenshot, oh no.
You have to download the Apple Wallet App. and figure out how to put your tickets in your Apple Wallet.
To say that is a full time job for a 66 year old woman,
who did not grow up with a computer, is a huge understatement.
But...I did it!

I know this is quite boring to most of my followers...
I wrote this to share and memorialize my experience buying tickets to the game, who knew?
You would have to live here to know just how time consuming and funny it was.

I am also writing my post for tomorrow and it will highlight some of the projects I have been working on.
Better, "funner" stuff!

Debbie,
My Pastor from Illinois (we minister in MS) loves the chiefs as well as my stepfather. We always get him Chief related stuff for birthdays!!!!

Thanks for rooting for our Chiefs from so far away. I sure wish we had back-up wide receivers. The news said our 2 were in practice this week. Not sure you'll see Taylor as she prefers the security at KC's Arrowhead. Linda in Kansas

Have fun! To bad they are losing but on another note the Patriots won yahoo! They have been on a downhill slide since Tom left.
But tell Travis to stop throwing his helmet it is not a good look.

Not this follower. But then again, I am probably not your typical follower. Have fun and Go Chiefs!

Glad you are enjoying your football, Debbie! I loved yesterday's post too, with all the pretty boats. We used to go watch the boats come and go when we lived in Charleston. We also had a few "secret" places to watch the HUGE container ships come in, that was fun too! And yes, we do alot of picnics too, we have always enjoyed that. Even if we don't feel like it, or it's TOO HOT , then we eat in the vehicle and call it "dashboard picnics". LOL. Happy weekend!

I'm afraid I don't follow sports but Art and my kids certainly do. So far, Art has been unhappy and then happy and then unhappy with the Cubs. Once a Cubs fan, always a Cubs fan.
Wishing you and Linda in Kansas luck with the Chiefs.

Well I will have to say that I am very proud of you for figuring all that out, because I can tell you that I am a couple years younger and probably wouldn't have figured it out, I am not that great with anything to do with the phone or computers. Greg was shocked I figured out how to make my own blog if that tells you anything, LOL, and there is things I would like to do that I can't figure out on the blog, oh well. I hope you have the time of your life, I am sure you will. Hope they win, just for you!
