It's been unseasonably warm here in New Jersey, yesterday it was 77 degrees,
and is to be the same temperature for the next three days, there is no rain in sight.
We have both been feeling better, we are more comfortable in the new car,
and getting out and enjoying the beautiful weather is a must!
We went for a walk around the reservoir in our home town, only tee shirts were required.
In it's past life, this reservoir was an abandon gravel pit, my boys rode their dirt bikes here.
Now, it is this beautiful walking path, pristinely maintained.
1.7 miles around, the hubs walks, I used my zinger chair.
Canadian Geese - all in a row!
There were a lot of Ruddy Ducks, both male and female.
They have just arrived to the area and will stay here for the winter.
We are past prime color here, but there is still some color to be enjoyed.

Hello Debbie,
The mild weather is nice, especially nice to be able to get outdoors and enjoy a walk. The views of the reservoir are pretty. I like seeing the geese and the Ruddy Ducks. I would think more winter ducks should be arriving soon. Thank so much for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a happy day and a great new week! PS, thanks for leaving me a comment.
Dear Debbie!
I am a fan of your great photos. Beautiful Canadian geese and autumn landscapes.
Happy and sunny week, greetings from autumn Poland:)
That sounds like a nice length of a walk and it looks beautiful there. The zinger is great! Glad you are both feeling a bit better!
Do you have Ruddy's there in the spring? They have the oddest mating rituals, I could just watch for hours.
Ruddy ducks are my favorite! Everything looks so nice. You could sure send the warm weather our way.
So pleased to read that you have both been feeling better.
We've had some wet days recently, so it was very enjoyable to see your selection of photographs.
All the best Jan
It is so good to hear that you are both feeling better and getting out in your new car :) We have a conservation area about 30 minutes away that has quite a few lakes throughout and it used to be an area that they mined, I think it is great when they make these areas somewhere to enjoy after they are done with them!
Just had to say: that park really has it's ducks in a row! Linda in Kansas
Nice that you got out. It was a lovely day.. though a little frightening. The affects of global warming are becoming more and more pronounced.
Glad your feeling a bit better. I always look forward to your posts.

Hello Debbie :=)
Wonderful news that you are feeling well enough to get outdoors and share all these lovely photos. Isn't it great when a waste bit of land is turned into a place of beauty. The wildlife that visit this man made lake think so! Great shots of the Ruddy Ducks and the Canada Geese,
All the best.
