Talking about trains, oh wait, that was a while ago wasn't it?
Well, it was my intention to follow up this train post with this one.
But we all know what happened in the middle...
We were on vacation up in New Hampshire when we passed these railroad tracks,
this railroad trussell and a group of people with cameras.
I had no idea why they were there,
or what was happening but because of my fear of missing out on anything,
the hubs turned the car around and we went back.
Everyone was waiting for this newly restored 4268 train.
It took one year to restore the train,
and
it made its public debut on April 24th of this year.

There were passengers in these train cars attached to the 4268.
In these pictures, the 4268 is the rear train.
The 573 is the lead train.

There is something very interesting about trains and train stations... not sure what it is, but it's there.

that bridge picture is so so good, I love it! It's ALSO good with the train cmoing through it! I hated to hear that y'all had been in a car wreck, Debbie! That is awful. How are you feeling? Hopefully home, resting, and recovering. I bet you are sore. GET WELL SOON!!

How fun to turn around and find that you could photograph this beautifully restored train. My photos are stunning. My hubby and I have talked many times about taking a trip on a train. I do think it sounds fun.
