Seas The Day

You may have read "Mondays Post" about our perfect Saturday.
The hubs and I spent time together at the inlet, watching the boats come and go.
My excitement was so evident as I searched for the whale that had been spotted here on Friday.
I was not alone in my search for the whale...
the benches were filled with onlookers and the question on everyone's mind was...
"did you see the whale?"
The answer was an unfortunate "no."
Still...I was so happy to be there, there were so many boats coming and going it felt like summer.
Most of these boats are the usual suspects but I did see a few boats I had never seen before.

- this was a new one -

I feel so lucky to be living so close to the ocean and this special place...
there were so many boats, it really did feel like summer.

Hello Debbie,
Sorry you missed seeing the whale. Great capture of the boats! Take care, have a great day!

Debbie - as a boat captain, you would need to be on your toes with all that traffic! Sorry the whale did not make an appearance for you!

Sorry the whale did not make an appearance for you ... but I enjoyed seeing the boats.
I do hope the fishermen were successful and caught a few fish!

All the best Jan

It looks like the most glorious day -- even without the whale. But so sorry that didn't happen!

That is one busy inlet! I looked up the Paramount charters; you can go fishing on there for $90/person. You and the hubs should do it!
