I use to spends hours standing at the windows in my home office.
Staring at, connecting with, and photographing my feathered friends.
I have stepped away from that some...
in fact a lot, my interests are elsewhere and I have not been photographing them much.
I still feed them, I still provide water...but they need time to reconnect with me.
I have tons and tons of pictures of those who visit,
but here on my blog, I like to share pictures I have currently taken, today, I only have 2.
Yellow Rumped Warbler
Toward the top of my blog, right below the picture of the waterlily, I have a folder called
"My Feathered Friends"
filled with pictures of some of the birds that visit my window.
By clicking here you will be able to view the contents of that folder.
Some of the pictures I have taken over the years.
Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the fall like temperatures.
ps...my candy bowl is not empty but I did have a lot of ghosts and goblins yesterday.
- my heart is full -

Your bird photo of today is lovely, and it's always good catching up with you. We weren't lucky no ghosts or goblins and a huge amount of candy! Oh my! Take care and enjoy what's left of autumn!
Hello Debbie,
Your birds are lovely, you captured them beautifully!
We are too rural to have the trick-or-treaters.
MY hubby would want to eat all the candy.
Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a great week ahead. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.
They are so pretty, I love the hint of yellow on the warbler and always love the little chickadee's :)
Your bird photographs are lovely ...
Sending good wishes for the new month of November.
All the best Jan
I enjoyed my visit to your Feathered Friends, Debbie. Spectacular photos! A great variety of birds!
It's completely understandable to step back and shift focus. Still, your Yellow-Rumped Warbler and Chickadee photos are a lovely sight! I just had a look through the MFF album and you have an amazing collection of bird visitors!
