Cheers To The Weekend

We had such a great weekend...
one of those great weekends where I did not document it well.
It happens often,
when you are so busy having fun, you forget to take pictures.

The tree at our favorite sandwich shop
is still sporting it's autumn decor.

I really enjoy eating out for lunch, we usually go later in the afternoon and then skip dinner.
The hubs had a BLT and I enjoyed an awesome wedge salad with blue cheese dressing.

The November sunsets have really been amazing!

Youngest son Michael is home, for a whole week, I could not be more excited.
He flew here from North Carolina into Newark Airport, everything went very smoothly...
the plane took off on time and landed early.

I saw a new game advertised on Instagram, and just had to have it...plus, we were in need of a new game.
Crack List
a card game that combines the elements of classic category games and Uno.
We played,
there was some winning all the way around...we all loved it, Mike mentioned he wanted a "re-match".

My Kansas City Chiefs

pulled out a win in overtime 20 -23...it was a great game, a real nail-biter.

I have been crafting, making and knitting several Christmas gifts.
More on that tomorrow!

Hello Debbie,
Cheers to your good weekend. The tree does look pretty.
The meals look delicious, I would enjoy either one of them.
I am sure it is wonderful to have your son home for the week.

It is more important to have fun than to photograph -- and I think you did pretty darned well. Love that tree and what tasty looking dishes!

We are just now watching the game on YouTube as we were in Dallas as the time they were playing. Both of my favorite teams pulled out wins! Chiefs and Cowboys! Louis Dean calls the quarterbacks on both teams my 'Pretty Boys!'

How nice to have Michael home for the week, fun to have a new game to play, I hadn't heard of that one.
Wow those sunsets have been gorgeous, we live at the bottom of a hill so we don't see them often. Happy Thanksgiving!
