From Roads To Rails

we visited in Hershey, Pa. also had a permanent interactive train exhibit.
This train is always on display and is included with general admission to the museum.
It features several trains riding through town passing an
Amusement Park, Large Farm with a Barn, Ford Motors, An Industrial Area,
A Freight Station, Playground, A Service Station, A Fire Station, Sawmill, Lumber Yard and
The trains also passed by a
Construction Site, Down Shops, A Drive In Theater, and A Coca-cola Billboard

I happen to be a lover of trains, but you did not have to be to enjoy this miniature display.

After leaving the museum, we were headed home.

We stopped for gas and got to see a Hershey Park Firetruck in action...
it was decorated on all sides and was an exciting, unexpected sight.

Debbie, I agree that train layouts are always fascinating and we have seen many, including one on our recent riverboat excursion. There are some great ones in PA and Northlanz in Flemington, NJ, is a must-see if you have never been there.

Really stunning details on the railroad town. It even has wear marks in the grass under the swings. Hershey fire truck is fun to see. Linda in Kansas
