So much has happened in the last "500 days" that were January...doesn't it seem that way?
This past January seemed like the longest month of my life, I know it did that way for others also.
In many ways, I missed most of it, yet it still seemed to take forever.
I missed New Jersey's deep freeze, the little sprinkles of snow, the crisp air that smells like winter...
and the short cozy days that define winter the best.
At times it is dark, windy, freezing and snowy...
but those are the things you miss the most when you cannot experience them...especially fresh air.
I always miss the sunrise as I usually sleep through them...it was nice to see!
Each evening I looked forward to the sunset...

I'm so very glad you are home Debbie. I'm sure January felt like a whole year to you. Hopefully you can get a bit of mojo back -- slowly and gracefully. Hugs.

Lovely skies!
January almost always seems a long month and what you have experienced has certainly made it even longer.
The photographs you've shared are lovely.
Sending my good wishes as you continue to recover ... and keep enjoying the little things in life.
All the best Jan

Beautiful pictures of sunrise and sunset, I can only imagine how long it seemed to go for you. Our Pastor on Sunday started off the service that "January is done, YAH! that was the longest 700 days" we all laughed because that is how it feels sometimes. Every time I see sunsets and sunrises like that I feel it is a gift from God to me :) Praying for good healing and more chances to breathe in that fresh cool air!
