There is something wonderful about raising butterflies (Black Swallowtails were my favorites). Releasing them into the sunshine always made me feel happy...
Your butterflies bring a lot of smiles Debbie. It's a wonderful gift you give to all of us to help keep them going. Also, it is very uplifting knowing you are doing something this important.
the boys have more yellow, the girls more blue. once you see them side by side or have spent enough time with them, it is easy to tell the difference!!

You are the butterfly whisperer for sure. You will be rewarded in your afterlife by being surrounded by little flutterers at all times!
How wonderful, Debbie, and to read about how many butterflies you raised over the sinter was amazing. How did you know that the latest two were male?
Love the butterflies and yes I smile when I see them.
Beautiful photos Debbie!
Take care, have a great day and happy week ahead.
Who can resist smiling at a butterfly? They're amazing!
I chase them around in nature, waiting to catch a photo, often to no avail. You are an amazing butterfly mom, Debbie.
