The National Harbor

 During our trip to
ICE
we spent time at the Washington National Harbor.
Each night, the 60 foot Christmas Tree comes to life dancing to
a holiday medley recorded by the United States Air Force Band.

We each took a turn in the sled by the tree.

We took a ride on the Capital Wheel...

this was the view of the National Christmas Tree from the Capital Wheel.

We stayed at Gaylord National, a really beautiful resort...this trip is my favorite holiday tradition.

Today's positive thought...
A great decision I made this year was...
- to continue my blogging journey -

Absolutely gorgeous and love that you heard the Air Force Band. I used to sit on the steps of the Thomas Jefferson Memorial in DC when I was first married and listen to the Marine Corps Band. These military bands are brilliant! That's a great positive thought, I'm glad you decided to keep blogging too. I would greatly miss you!
