Saturday Critters ~ 285 ~

Before my lovely stay in the hospital,
I met up with...

Mr. Great Blue Heron
in Smithville, New Jersey

I don't think I have ever been this close to a Heron before and
one thing that amazed me was an up close view of it's legs and feet.
I was so excited to share the same space with this large wading bird,
sitting by the waters edge, I could barely contain my excitement!

  1. Close contact with nature is always wonderful .......shingles not so much. We had Shingrix vaccinations so are protected from this awful condition, thank goodness.
