  1. The squirrels don’t seem to bother with our hummingbird feeders much, but we have a couple of Downy Woodpeckers that are regular patrons.

    1. your are lucky david, lately he is always on the feeders when the hummingbirds appear AND he is all draining all the nectar out as well. we have tried "greasing" the shepard's hook but that lasts less than a day...plus junior is an olympic jumper. i may have lost the battle for this season, we need better ideas!!!
