Longwood Gardens ~ Part 1

People always ask me
"When is the best time to visit Longwood Gardens"
I can't answer that question, as it is spectacular during every season!
Of course,
the Spring blooms are extraordinary,
but the gardens are always special and beautiful.
The Spring colors are like a patchwork quilt, all of the Spring flowers are represented beautifully!
There are more than 240,000 tulips on display,
surrounded by daffodils, columbine, dogwoods, magnolias, azaleas,
 foam-flowers and so much more.

Longwood Gardens
1,083 acres of outdoor gardens,

the conservatory spans 4 luxurious indoor acres.

April 26, 2018
It's difficult to put in to words how extraordinary these gardens are.
We had such a nice day and the weather was perfect!
We took a total of 225 pictures,
I'll show you some more tomorrow.
