When we visited New Hope, we had dinner there, of course.
I am starting to think the only reason we take these trips is for the restaurant experience,
i.e., the food!!
As soon as the hubs starts planning the trip I ask "well, where are we going to eat"!?
We had a familiar spot picked out but then a sales woman turned us on to
"restaurant row"...a street, filled with restaurants, where the locals eat.
I could not get in the car fast enough, seriously, I was so excited.
She talked about a restaurant owned by Ruth's Chris, my favorite steakhouse
and I was sure we were going to eat there.
And eat there we did...a renovated church, the restaurant was amazing.
Upstairs was very formal, we ate in the bar area, same food but more relaxed and casual.
Our waitress encouraged me to go upstairs for a peak and some pictures, of course.
The upstairs wasn't open yet so I did not have to ask anyone to get out of my way.
We ate in this area, still beautiful but more relaxed.
Marsha Brown, so beautiful and dinner was amazing!
What a truly beautiful place to have a meal! The windows are spectacular.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful week :)
Hello, Debbie! What a great restaurant find. The upstairs church dining is just beautiful. A very unique place for sure! Thanks for sharing. Happy Tuesday, enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteI love restaurant experiences! Our explorations usually include food, too. This looks like a beautiful restaurant. I tend to like the casual pub areas of good restaurants - great food and relaxing- a fantastic combination!
ReplyDeleteWell they certainly did a beautiful job with that, didn't they? And how awesome that you got the place to yourself for pictures. I'm glad the food measured up to the decor.

ReplyDeleteSo cool! Theres a restaurant similar to this in Rhinebeck. I saw that sign "Bless Your Heart" and it made my heart skip a beat. My grandmother always said that to us and I miss her so much. Made me smile.
