I photograph this horse all the time.
We pass him on our way to and from our bike path each time we ride.
I enjoy living in an area that is both coastal and rural.
This big guy usually hangs out up by the barn,
but as soon as he see's me, he always comes to greet me.
He's curious, smart and beautiful...
so why does he think that the grass is greener on the other side?!

He is beautiful!! and how fortunate are you...rural AND coastal!!
ReplyDeleteHe is s show off and knows he will get attention when he sees you. Love it.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful horse! Do you have treats for him when you see him? We have a donkey in the neighborhood and he loves to eat apples and carrots.
ReplyDeleteThanks for my horse fix for today.
ReplyDeleteWhat a stud.
ReplyDeleteYou also live in a very friendly 'neigh'borhood too Debbie!!! He's great to photograph and maybe give a treat to now and again!
ReplyDeleteGreat fence but the horse steals the show ~ lovely photography! thanks.

ReplyDeleteHello Debby!:) Beautiful sharp images of the friendly horse, and great fence scenes.
ReplyDeleteAww he is beautiful! I would love riding by this farm!
ReplyDeleteLove both the horse and the fencing☺ Gorgeous♥
ReplyDeleteI loved reading 'as soon as he sees me he comes to greet me'....ahhhhhhhhh, sweet. Truly sweet. Great photos .... I must be honest tho, I was viewing the horse more than the fencing. lol
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful. How many in the grace and elegance.
ReplyDeleteGreetings.
Beautiful photos and horse! You can't beat the combination of coastal and rural in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteHe is quite handsome. Love the first shot with the curve of the fence.
ReplyDeleteIt's been awhile since I've seen a horse up close in person. There is a little ranch nearby that I can see some prancing while I drive by
ReplyDeleteI think he likes having his photo taken.
ReplyDeleteHe sure looks good against that white fence too!
All the best Jan
Very cute! I like his paddock, too!
ReplyDeletewhat a cutie. i like his sly eye. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you do, because it's always a treat to see, and especially where this horse romps about! Lovely setting.
ReplyDeleteHe is a beauty!
ReplyDeleteHemust like you!
ReplyDeleteWell, as long as he's there to say hello to one of his favorite people, he might as well taste what the other side has to offer. Beautiful pictures -- and 'an area that is both coastal and rural' tells all we need to know about how beautiful it is around your home!
ReplyDeleteHe is a handsome fellow! Enjoyed your photos. In Steamboat Rock near a trail I run on sometimes there is a place with a fence similar to this and a beautiful horse. It's a beautiful sight, especially with the colors of autumn...but when I run I never have a camera on me!
ReplyDeleteoh, what a beautiful horse!
ReplyDeleteever since i was a little girl my dream was to have my own horse...it never happened. (i'm still hoping there's a yet to that)
many blesings!
That horse is beatitiful and I think he shows some personality there. Love the white fence also. You did get some fantastic shots on this one. I loved the horse trying to eat on the other side of the fence. Blessings and hugs!
