Who doesn't love seeing flowers during the winter?
Barlow's is one of my favorite garden centers and with our warmer temperatures,
Saturday seemed like the perfect day to visit.
As I rounded the bend, heading in, this big guy greeted me.
He never moved a muscle and is clearly "not" a guard dog.
And he is clearly not as excited to be here as I am.
Thinking about Spring!!
The husband bench,
I purchased the pot he is holding for my paper whites next year.
In Spring, this place will be consumed with flowers,
vegetables, trees, roses and every garden ornament you could ever imagine.
Beautiful garden flags, seeds, watering cans, birdbaths
and gazing balls.
If you need it for your garden, they will have it.

When I have cabin fever or the winter blahs I always find the local garden nursery is a great place to go for relief. Of course I'm just like you Debbie... I always take my camera.
ReplyDeleteWell this made me feel all warm and happy on a very cold morning with snow. That is a pretty place to spend time and I love the "non-guard dag" :) Nice shot of the bench the pot and the hubs. Hug B

I just love how you captured the sunshine coming through the windows on those flowers!! I do I ever want that wagon, that is too cool! That pot is going to look great with your paper whites!
ReplyDeleteWe live right down the street from two places like this - one HUGE version and one smaller version. Never fails to cheer me up when I visit. Not gonna lie, the 'husband bench' made me smile!!

ReplyDeleteYou certainly brought a ray of sunshine and spring into my day today. It is so dreary here. It has rained and then we have a rain snow mix. I just want warm.
