If you are not a fan of vintage cars,
but seriously, who doesn't love vintage cars...
you may want to skip right over me today.
This is Part II of the Car Show in Allaire State Park,
the show was huge, these were my favorites.
I loved this Ford
The hubs checking out a Chevelle SS,
he had a blue Chevelle as a teen and it was an awesome muscle car.
This car was very similar to the one he owned.
Chuck found another Chevelle SS, the same color blue that he owned.
Now here come my pic's of the day...
Purple...
Purple...
and you guessed it, purple!!
This was the largest car show I have ever attended,
and most of the cars were new to me.
okay...what shined the most was your smile ;O]
ReplyDeleteAwesome. It sure makes me feel old looking at that very top picture. I agree with the Author; your smile is contagious. :)

Oh, nice purples!
ReplyDeleteI love old cars too, especially muscle cars. I'm also a big fan of classic VWs. I'd love to have a VW microbus. Great photos.
ReplyDeleteomg!! i was admiring the others but the chevelles are my dream car! i remember you saying chuck had one. be still my muscle-car-lovin' heart. :)
ReplyDeleteI love seeing these oldies but goodies! I wonder why cars are so dull nowadays -- no neat colors, no shiny chrome, and no rumble seats!! I know my husband had a blue chevy, but I'm not sure it was a chevelle.
ReplyDeletethese vintage cars are BrILLIANT Debbie. Love them all. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteLovely, lovely cars! My husband had a car like the ones your hubby had too. His was blue and then he painted it silver gray. He still wishes he had that car.
ReplyDeleteI love looking at cars too.
Oh yes .... purple!
ReplyDeleteI love all the photo's! Fantastic cars.
Happy Weekend Wishes
All the best Jan

Those are some seriously fantastic cars! Wow!
ReplyDeleteWow! Those are awesome! As much as I like the old cars, I have to say the two Chevelles are beauties! Lots of gorgeous machines there!
ReplyDeleteI love the aqua one but I will have to say again, there is just something about a car with wood on it that just gets me, I love it!
ReplyDeleteThe wood paneled station wagon is amazing! Such an amazing collection!
ReplyDeleteOh I'm a fan, for years, even before I met my hubby, at age five my daddy got me hooked. We're in the auto-repair business and my hubby has reconditioned a good number through the years! We have an old employee/friend who actually built a cork car! I'll have to repost it someday again.
ReplyDeleteThese are all awesome! Old cars are beautiful, modern cars not so much.
ReplyDeleteYou are just way cute by those purple cars. I love old cars too. We just went to a small car show in Spokane while visiting our daughter. I will share some pictures that I took.
ReplyDeleteMy hubby and I bought a 52 Chev at the end of our senior year for $160.00. It was a great car.
I especially loved the gray car. My brother had an old ford car that I loved.
Thanks for sharing this one; it brought back some memories today. Hugs!
