I love Tex's comment! It's amazing how they can get those big peanuts int their mouth. I'm wondering too if they eat them right there at the feeder or to they carry them away.
You really get some lovely close-ups of these birds. I love his rich blue color, and you manage to capture the different shades of his feathers :) Lovely.
I am not exaggerating--these are gorgeous, Debbie! The detail of the feathers (they look so soft) and the colors is awesome. I agree with Theresa--you are the bird whisperer!

He's a handsome fellow and evidently quite hungry. I loved seeing him eating (or trying to) the peanut.
