Last month, when we went to Apple Fest at Delicious Orchard
I mentioned there was a classic car show.
They had many of the usual suspects,
but they also had this...
1923 Ahrens Fox Fire Engine
Model JM-4
In excellent condition, this was a real beauty,
and considered to be the Cadillac of Fire Engines.
I liked the "bell"...and for those who my be interested,
here's a little more information on the fire engine.
I hope everyone has fun "Sunday Funday" plans!

ReplyDeleteThat is a fancy firetruck! I like that it has been preserved. When we go to car shows like that, Larry can identify most of the cars and the years they were made. Me? No. :-)

ReplyDeleteGreat old cars and fire engine! Wonderful! I love the first car, I think, the best!
ReplyDeleteWow, that Fire Engine; is a beauty. A 1923 one; awesome. I haven't been to a car show for a very long time. We are always looking for a two toned green 1952 Chev. It was our first car and we bought it together our senior year of High School. Later he went on his mission and I used it for going to Nursing classes. We pain $160.00 for it. It was Amazing!
ReplyDeleteBlessings for this one and the memory today!
Always fun to see something different at a car show. The fire truck was really cool and you got great pictures of it.
