I love to eat...there, I said it, it's true!
When I'm not feeling well, I loose my appetite.
When I take I.V. Steroids, everything tastes like metal.
When I start to feel better,
I have this strong desire to make up for lost "meals"!

So what have I been doing...eating, a lot!
Sunday Sauce, one meatball, one sausage and a short rib, oh my.
This was mine, I ate it all, with a little help from the hubs.
The hubs finished his also,
Spaghetti Pomodoro
If you ever visit the Jersey shore you must dine here at
the food is just heavenly.
The restaurant is located right on the ocean,
we always take one picture in this exact spot, when we visit.
We walked just a little and we ran in to
Lou...who was havin' a hell of a good time dancing on the board walk.
I asked him if I could take his picture....he said
"sure, I'm Lou, I'm single and cheap to keep'!!
hehe...I told him I was taken, he danced on!!
The beach was a sea of pretty blue umbrella's
and kinda crowded for 6 p.m.
We had desert, I'll share that tomorrow.

It is just before lunch time here and your pictures just add to my hunger. Wish I had that kind of dish to look forward to,alas,today it will be a simple sandwich.

Think we're going Italian for dinner tonight. Yummy! {and something tells me Lou might be a little more high maintenance than he's letting on!} Haha! I hope I'm having that much fun at his age!!

ReplyDeleteWhen we were still living in South Jersey, the beach always seemed more attractive after Labor Day and the exodus of many visitors. We've never been to this restaurant, but after seeing the photos will have to make it a must go to when wee return for a visit.
