ReplyDeleteYou inspired me to get three bird feeders. I don't know how I lived without them! Now as I sit and work for 8 hours a day I look out my window and see dozens of my feathered friends!

Oh Debbie, You are so funny. Kids are really expensive to put through college now a days. We have 3 in college right now, Thank goodness for the prepaid, even though it doesn't cover everything, but it helps alot.

ReplyDeletePretty Bird! We have a pair of woodpeckers that have lived in our back yard elm tree for a few years now. I just love birds......nearly ALL birds. Not too fond of the trash birds, though.

ReplyDeleteThanks for a memory on this one. When we lived in Washington we had a woodpecker that would wake us up as he pecked away at our steel chimney. We tried all sorts of things to scare him a ways; but nothing really worked. I think we should have tried feeding him at an other location.
