Beautiful Butterflies!!!!!

While we were in Lancaster on our balloon adventure, we decided to hop over to Hershey, Pa. and revisit the butterfly house inside the Hershey Gardens. I thought the pictures would be better, crisper. Perhaps I need a macro lens....(hint, hint) good thing the hubs reads the blog!!!!!

    oh, even without a macro lens, you did great! er, sorry, i mean, uh, you DEFINITELY need a dedicated macro lens, my dear!... :)

    Stunning beauty - there's something so delicate about butterflies. What a great place to visit. Aren't their names so nice too!
    Your photos are lovely.
    On reflection, it seems to me ;-) that , of course, a girl wouldn't refuse a macro now if one just happened to appear, would she :D)

    Beautiful butterflies, beautiful photos! I’ve thought butterflies hold their wings vertically while resting. However, most of their wings are flat except some. Thank you for this input, Debbie. Have a terrific week!

    I always think it's amazing how many different kinds of everything there are. Each species, so much variety! I think the zebra was my fave cause I've never seen one before!
