Saturday Critters #600

We passed this beautiful Doe while out for a drive.
With an injured leg, it did not run away, so I was able to get very close.
It was so beautiful!

In some of the pictures,
she looked thin, from other angles she looked to be a little large in her lower belly.
Wouldn't it be exciting if she were carrying a baby or two in there!

I think tomorrow, I will try my hand at watercolor painting...again.
It has been difficult to find time, I have not had much time to knit either.
I find I am much happier when I am creating something with my hands.

It shouldn't be long now and she will have a fawn or two following her around. Great pictures!

Hello, Debbie
Great photos of the deer, she is pretty. It would be cool to see her again with a couple of babies. Have fun with your watercolors.
Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. You have been linking up with the critter party since the beginning, I appreciate you sharing all your critters. Take care, have a great weekend. PS, thank you for leaving me a comment.

I would love to see some of your paintings. I know I haven't taken time to be creative lately and I miss it. Love your beautiful doe! What a neat sighting! Hugs, Diane

Oh she is definitely a mom-to-be soon. Your photographs and words they illustrate are beautiful creative endeavors themselves and I appreciate your sharing them (and I would be happy with just that talent!). But I hope you find the time for your other creations too (and share them here as you have in the past, at least the knitting).

She posed so nicely for you. She does look pregnant so maybe you will see the little one too one day.
The bees seem to love the chive flowers.

A lovely series of photographs of the deer.

I hope you do get some time on Sunday to try watercolour painting again.

All the best Jan

She is quite pretty, bummer she has a hurt leg, if she is pregnant hopefully that leg heals quickly, like the pic of her tongue hanging out :). Hope you share your watercolor painting!

What a gorgeous creature. The deer would be great subject matter for a painting. :)

The most recent time I saw a deer she looked just like this one — but was just about to run in front of the car!
