Things are starting to get really busy around here...
the calendar is starting to fill up quickly with both fun and necessary things.
I replanted this garden this year after
all of my wildflowers were dug up 2 years ago,
during the installation of our new deck.
It did really well!
I had to go back for a picture!
I got a library card, joined a book club...our first book,
I'm not totally diggin' it bit I am trying...
I am cooking again...
Italian Sausage Campanelle with Grape Tomatoes and Toasted Panko
by Home Chef
I am still getting 3 or 4 meals per week from Home Chef and the hubs and I have been cooking together.
I still have the cast on but I can "stir things really well"...this meal was delicious!
It gives off heat and sounds just like a fire, we love it!
They did so well and finished in First Place.
Next they go to Florida!
This is Lorelei
she really stands out, I can always find her
because of her red hair.
I can never find Addie, from a distance she looks just like all the other girls.
- life is a long journey, full of joy and happiness -
What a cutie!!!

ReplyDeleteDear Debbie!
ReplyDeleteEvery photo of you is gorgeous. lunch looks delicious. Your niece and the other girls are amazing!
Greetings:)
The Girls are adorable!!--- GO GET THOSE trophies girls!! Cheer is good-- as evidenced by the pyramids and stunts/tricks--- they learn alot about depending on and trusting your team mates and team work and responsibility . our daughter was also a cheerleader as well as feature twirler majorette twirling hot fire batons. We spent years watching and sure enjoyed that season of life!-- fun. You got great photos!!
ReplyDeleteGood luck to those girls!
ReplyDeleteYou have been busy! It is good to see you are able to be out and about again, Debbie! Enjoy every minute!
ReplyDeleteLovely adventures! Didn't know fake fires could make sounds too! Linda in Kansas
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the girls. I have never seen a pumpkin patch like that before! Lunch looks delicious and beautiful wildflowers. It is so good to see you out and about again.

Hello Debbie :=)
ReplyDeleteI'm not supposed to be blogging, as I was advised by the hospital doctor to give blogging a rest to heal my Elbow bursitis caused by repetitive movement using my mouse. Just letting you know in case I really do have to stop for a while, as I want this annoying thing to go away.
The eye-catching Pumpkin patch hut is so cute so I would have wanted to take a picture too. Love your new fire, so much cleaner and mor practical than a proper wood stove, and your home-made meal looks delicious.
Fantastic photos of all the girls and your pretty niece. What a bendy girl she is. :=) I hope they do well.
I enjoyed each photo but your niece’s competition ones were darling. Congratulations to her and her team.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Lorelie and her team, lovely photographs.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
So wonderful to still be enjoying flowers :) That shed of pumpkins is so cool. Hope you enjoy the group, even if you don't care for the book, sometimes it takes awhile to get into them.
ReplyDeleteNice hubby is making the meals with you.
Your fake fire place sounds nice, good that it throws off heat too!
Congrats to the girls, and wish them all the best in Florida
ReplyDeleteGreat post, very valuable information shared. Thanks
