Summerfest

 Fireworks are serious business here at the Jersey Shore.
Held after music festivals, baseball games, car shows and every Thursday night in Point Pleasant.
- they are elaborate, iconic shows -
Living my entire life here, I have become accustomed to seeing fireworks, lots of them, all summer long.

We went to Windward Beach on Thursday evening for 

Summerfest is a free music concert, featuring a different band each week, 
with fun and food trucks, that ends with, you guessed it, fireworks.




It was a really nice evening...and so good to be out of the house having fun!

    Your fireworks are wonderful. I grew up in a house on the cliffs of Lake Michigan and we had fireworks each 4th of July and then where I live now we had fireworks along the ocean. For the past ten years no city fireworks here, that is sad.
