We have been having a really fun summer so far.
One of many delights for me is seeing a field full of beautiful deer.
They can often be see in any of the many open pastures in this area, not far from home.
I was so excited to see a baby...
There were 2 Buck, one is pictured here to the left...
the other here to the right.
It's always so exciting to see a little one, that still has its spots!

Great pictures and love that little baby
ReplyDeleteBeautiful deer photos, I always enjoy seeing them.
ReplyDeleteThe little spotted fawn is adorable. Take care, enjoy your day!
What beautiful animals! They must be very happy; I don't see a single flaw on their skin like some wild creatures. Linda in Kansas
ReplyDeleteI have never lived where there are deer. Such is island life. So beautiful!
ReplyDeleteSo true. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWe have twin babies at the farm right now! They're so cute. I need a better camera to get pictures.
ReplyDeleteI so enjoy watching the deer. Around this time of year i get to see them about a mile from ly house, but so worth going there to watch. You got great pictures,
ReplyDeleteHello Debbie, :=) How lucky you are to see deer so close to where you live. Your shots are beautiful, and seeing the little fawn was delightful. I wish I could see them near where I live, but they live further north, and I would have to visit a nature reserve to see them...
ReplyDeleteThey are such beautiful creatures that I could watch them all day, I'm a little jealous of your sightings.:=)
Those little ones are just adorable. I just saw a video this morning of a momma deer standing off to the side watching her little one play in one of those little baby pools, it was adorable, I just googled it and there was a different one then the one I saw, must be it happens quite a bit :)
ReplyDeleteSuch gorgeous animals and I absolutely love your photos of them. I saw three deer for the first time in ages today, but they were back in the woods and I only caught glimpses. It was enough to see their heads popping up as we walked by, actually standing for a while to see if we would see more. They just make your heart feel so good :)
