Feed Me...

I have been cooking a lot, and have made some really good meals.

Herbed Cheese and Artichoke Chicken Milanese with
Roasted Potatoes and Rosemary Tomatoes
This was a Home Chef Meal
- one of my favorites -

Chicken Scallopini and Lemon Herb Butter
with Creamy Tomato Pasta
This was a Home Chef Meal
- so good -

My Chicken, Stuffing and Mashed Potatoes...our favorite "me" meal.

The hubs cooked these pork dumplings from Shop Rite and they were so good.

I made these mashed potato pancakes from left over mashed potatoes.
They were so good!
No recipe...
Left over mashed potatoes
1/4 of a grated sweet onion
1 egg
Flour - maybe a tablespoon or 2 but I should have added a little more

All done, with sour cream, they were so good.
- are you catching a trend here, everything is "so good" -

- cooking is love made visible -

  5. Looks like some great meals, I have never tried potato pancakes. I usually add some cheddar cheese to them and put them in the oven and bake until the top gets a light brown :)
