The View

So many years ago, we converted our dining room in to our home office.
I have a spectacular view from my desk chair.

Looking straight ahead, I see my Knockout Roses.

If I look ever so slightly to my left, this is my view,
The Manasquan River

An always changing but never disappointing view.

Sometimes the river is drenched in fog...
I find fog to be luminous, a mysterious mist that will dissipate as it warms up the world.

Mid morning, the sun dances across the river and the water sparkles with it's energy.
This is my favorite view.

Also abundant in the yard are bunnies, bunnies are everywhere.

I always recognize this bunny that looks like it has a third ear,
smaller and curled forward.
It has the most beautiful fur, the browns are deep and rich!

  10. Gorgeous view indeed! I could certainly work with that to look at. We have lots of bunnies, too, though they've been a bit more scarce lately. The chipmunks are still bouncing around!

  12. We would love to live on the water, especially one of the great lakes in Michigan, we miss living in Michigan near water, maybe some day we will move back. Oh that little guy does have a strange ear, well that helps to know you are seeing the same one, I never know with the ones in our yard!
