Rub-A-Dub-Dub...

I know of no other bird that baths as vigorously and as joyfully as the
Robin Red Breast






At first, he does not look too thrilled to be sharing his tub!








Fall is definitely in the air...but these two were bathing like it was spring!

    Hi Debbie, It's about time for me to wake Ted up...but I came and looked at your blog. I love those robin bathing like to wild kids in a tub. You are so right about how they love a good bath. We have a couple water features and two bird baths and they will try their best to splash all the water from the birdbaths. My daughter says more robin are wintering over here in Indiana.     Wonderful pictures. My favorites are the total splash out ones. I rarely see robins on the patio, but bluejays drink at the bowl then take a bath in it, though it's really too small.
