A New Years Sun Rise

The sun rise on New Years Day was spectacular.
I waited in the darkness...
the air was cold, the river was still and there was silence all around me.
It rose slowly so I could appreciate and enjoy each changing view.
I felt it's energy, it gave me hope and inspired me to do something special with this day.


The start of a New Year, a New Day...this moment taught me to be grateful!
